  Excellent service, kept us informed all the time and during a walk through, the property manager suggested some minor things that could be done while the property was empty. The property manager organized these services plus a couple of extra services we wanted done before the new tenant moved in a very limited time frame. A job well done.

  We chose Thornton Reality as our rental property in Rutherford was leased through them. We did the whole deal over the phone, didn’t need to go into the agency at all. First weekend of open house we had 4 offers, negotiated with the highest offer and the deal was done. No fuss, no drama, quick and easy. We have purchased and sold many properties over the years and this sale was by far the most efficient and streamlined. Thanks John, always a true professional gentleman with all our correspondence.   We recently leased our family home through Reagan Capon at Thornton Realty. From our first meeting Reagan filled us with complete confidence in her professional ability, competency and industry knowledge. Reagan provided exceptional service throughout the leasing process including arranging repairs, a depreciation schedule, inspections and ongoing property maintenance. Her communication was excellent and we were particularly pleased with how thorough Reagan was in securing us the right tenants to care for our home. We highly recommend Reagan to anyone looking for an outstanding property manager.

  I can not recommend Reagan enough! She has always gone above and beyond to assist us in her role as Property Manager. She has made everything stress-free for us and is by far, the best in the industry. I have had dealings with other agents and I cannot even compare them to the high standards of work that Reagan consistency provides.
